From alcohol and food liability to labor and employment, the latest trends and issues in hospitality law are up for exploration at the 2010 Hospitality Law Conference, February 3-5, 2010. Attendees get current on pressing concerns in the hospitality industry including franchising, legislation, premises liability, and changes in employment and management contracts. The Pre-Conference Workshop will discusses subjects pertinent to hospitality real estate and to hotel and restaurant in-house counsel. Presentations will range from hotel development to PCI compliance. This year's conference provides break-out sessions in five different topic areas including Food & Beverage, Fundamentals of Hospitality Law, Human Resources & Labor Relations, Lodging, and Loss Prevention and Risk Management.
