European Meeting & Incentive Forums are four day intensive sales events consisting of one-on-one pre-scheduled and pre-qualified meetings between Buyers and Suppliers. Each meeting lasts 20 minutes.

Every supplier has a presentation table, which is visited by buyers at a pre-arranged time. Suppliers get 50 pre-set meetings guaranteed over the 4 days, no event in the industry offers this many meetings.

Thanks to our pre-scheduled meetings system, it is the buyers who select the suppliers they would like to meet with to ensure relevance of the appointments: each buyer and supplier then receives a schedule of meetings where there is a genuine interest in doing business. Exciting events offer a number of networking opportunities allowing participants to meet in an informal situation.
