Hotel Clients Gain Valuable Insight Into Future Booking Trends |
PARSIPPANY, NJ, October 9, 2003 –TRUST International, a global provider of reservation and distribution solutions for the hospitality and leisure industry and subsidiary of Cendant Corporation (NYSE:CD), today announced that its Voyager Central Reservation System (CRS) for hotels has launched an enhanced management reporting module. The module is designed to deliver valuable data and information that can be used by hotels to plan and develop marketing, sales and yield management strategies based on future booking trends.
This dynamic reporting system provides Voyager hotel clients with critical decision support through data warehousing, and transforms reservation data from all booking sources into usable information for hotel clients. The multi-dimensional, web-based software package processes the data to make it comprehensible and useful, providing clients with tailor-made reports to help make qualified strategic decisions.
Several of the system’s enhancements give the advanced module a new look and feel, including more user-friendly features that generate substantial time savings for clients. In addition, the much improved and faster application enables hourly reports as well as a redesigned navigation tool for easier research.
