    BURTON'S GRILL based in North Reading, MA has increased by 1 unit, from 5 to 6 (20% growth).  These are upscale restaurants with full bar and seating for around 200.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner.  Per person check average is around $15-$30+.  Catering is offered.  Locations are in CT, MA and VA.

    WOLFGANG'S STEAKHOUSE
     of New York, NY has increased by 1 unit, from 4 to 5 (25% growth).  These are upscale steakhouses with full bar and seating for around 200.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner.  Per person check average is around $15-$50+.  Banquets are offered.  Locations are in CA, HI and NY.

    Atlanta, GA-based HOMEGROWN RESTAURANT CONCEPTS (founded 1997) has increased by 1 unit for the Doc Chey’s concept, from 4 to 5 (25% concept growth).  The company also operates Osteria 832 (1 unit).  Overall company increase was from 5 to 6 (20% growth).  Doc Chey’s is a family/casual Asian restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person check average.  Osteria 832 serves Italian food.  The restaurants serve beer and wine and the average seating is for about 125.  Locations are in GA and NC.

    DEWEY'S PIZZA based in Cincinnati, OH (founded 1998) has increased by 1 unit, from 14 to 15 (7% growth).  These are family/casual pizza restaurants with seating for around 90.  Beer and wine are served.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner.  The per person check average is around $6-$12.  Banquets are available.  Locations are in KY, MO and OH.

    ST LOUIS WINGS AND RIBS of Toronto, ON (founded 1992) has increased by 2 units, from 23 to 25 (9% growth).  These are family/casual restaurants with full bar and seating for around 90.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner.  The check average is around $6-$12 per person.  Locations are 90% franchised and are in ON.  We last wrote about this concept on 1/26/10 (5% growth).

    Minneapolis, MN-based BUFFALO WILD WINGS (founded 1982) has increased by 20 units, from 662 to 682 (3% growth) and entered into VT and WA.  These are family/casual chicken restaurants, open for lunch and dinner.  Locations have a full bar and average seating for about 200.  Catering is available.  Locations are franchised and trade in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WV.  We featured this company on 3/17/09 (5% growth), 7/21/09 (5% growth), 11/10/09 (6% growth) and on 3/9/10 (4% growth).

    MANNY & OLGA'S PIZZA of Washington, DC (founded 1974) has increased by 1 unit, from 10 to 11 (10% growth).  These are quick serve pizza restaurants with seating for around 40.  Lunch and dinner are served. Per person check average is around $3-$8.  Locations are more than 30% franchised and are in DC, MD, NV and VA.  We reported on this concept on 4/14/09 (33% growth).
