Flanigan's Elects Chairman and Chief Executive Officer |

James G. Flanigan, II, son of former Chairman elected |
Flanigan's Enterprises, Inc. (Amex: BDL), owners and operators of the "Flanigan's Seafood Bar and Grill" restaurants and "Big Daddy's" retail liquor stores, today announced that at its annual meeting on Friday, February 25, 2005, the Board of Directors elected James G. Flanigan, II, son of Joseph G. Flanigan, its former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer who passed away on January 28, 2005, as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer.
At the same meeting, the Board also elected Michael Flanigan to the Board of Directors, filling the seat vacated by his father.
