How is Human Resources in Hospitality and how essential in training
How much HR is important in an organization, especially in hotels?
HR is important in our hospitality industry because of I would like to explain about the human resources we can define which our role as a Human Resources is changing and evolving with the emergence of new technologies and the growth of the global marketplace. The Human Resources department used to be that place in the back of the office where employees made their first and last stops during their careers. Not any more. Chances are good that our company recognizes the value of a talented and informed Human Resources department. We have the opportunity to be a major contributor to our companys success. But to do so, we need to know the latest great ideas in Human Resources.
Can you explain the current situation of HR in hotels?
Act as a liaison between staffs and management at the highest level of staff satisfaction at all the time. Maintain a highly profile in staff motivation, establishing a positive working environment, resolving employee problems, providing job-connected information, training employees, counseling employees, ensuring fair distribution of rewards, maintaining a safe and clean working area, orienting new workers, coordinating work and balancing work loads, evaluating and providing feedback to employees about their work performance, training and development and coordination of employee activities.
Does it (HR section) still need to be progressed? If yes/no, why?
We HR need to be progressed because Human Resources are a rapidly expanding company and many opportunities for professional growth and development are available. Opportunities for advancement are there but responsibility for staff success ultimately rests with them. It is up to each one of us to display the attitude, enthusiasm and expertise necessary to accomplish that end.
What kind of problems that your HR has solved at most?
Almost are attitude problems as they have to think about positively and our hospitality industry' our main objective is excellent service with our smile from our heart and in our mind we have to be positive thinking. Otherwise they may face problem with their operations, we have to be justified of their normal work environment to happy work environment. They may have full peace of mind and their face may purity of smile and can direct serve to our customer.
Any kinds of problem we make decision with their head of department and as per our hotel rules and regulation.
But nothing much big problem at all. Only human being faults we may face in daily operations and we can solve it.
Do you think Giving Award such as best award for HR, is a good way to upgrade the role of HR in hotels? Why?
Award for HR, is a good way to upgrade the role of HR in hotels, of course. Because at present Hotel award to the employee of the month. Each head of department nominates a team member, and each person is voted on. The quarterly month is a person who has shown and outstanding performance, has a positive attitude is motivated, hardworking good attendance consistently. Therefore only HR have to arrange for all of our employee, HR as like the mother unit of Hotel, So if HR can get the chance of Award, All HR will willing to agreed on that.

The HR descriptions also form the basis of both our hiring and performance management. Our employment ads are basically job descriptions, dressed up to attract talent. And their performance appraisals measure achievement on the job as it was originally described.
