The property featuring 91 rooms is scheduled to open in Q1 2013. It is Rezidor's 31st Park Inn by Radisson in the United Kingdom, bringing the group's total portfolio in the country to 5,400 rooms in operation and under development.

The existing Hotel Riu Park El Kebir will be re-branded as Park Inn Hammamet and open in Q2 2012 following a full renovation. It will be Rezidor’s third hotel in the country – the group is already operating the Park Inn Ulysse Resort & Thalasso and the award winning Radisson Blu Resort & Thalasso in Djerba.

The Rezidor Hotel Group, one of the fastest growing hotel companies worldwide, announces the Park Inn by Radisson Budapest. The new mid-market property featuring 136 rooms is scheduled to open in Q4 2012.

The property featuring 369 rooms is scheduled to open in December 2011 – just in time for the next ski season.

The Park Inn Polokwane in the South African province Limpopo will feature 160 rooms and is scheduled to open in Q1 2013. The Park Inn Nairobi Westlands in Kenya will add 126 rooms to Rezidor's pipeline and welcome the first guests in Q4 2013.

The Park Inn Lagos, Apapa featuring 125 rooms is already under construction and scheduled to open in Q1 2013.
